Metro Planning (PL) Funding

In accordance with 23 CFR 420.109, the Department consulted with the Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), concerning the formula and process.


Planning Funding Policy

This policy serves to update the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) PL Formula to better reflect usage of funds, align with needs, and continue to ensure public trust.

Meeting Calendar

PL Funds Committee meets every March and September from 1 PM to 3 PM on a date set by the Georgia Association of MPOs (GAMPO) Committee and held in conjunction with the GAMPO meetings at Georgia DOT.
