The State Transportation Board conducts its Committee meetings on the third Wednesday and holds its Board meeting on the third Thursday of each month, except in December when the meeting is moved up by one week. The Board meeting schedule is posted one week before the meeting.

Meeting locations are subject to change. Proper notice will be sent out if the meeting location changes.​
