If would like to delete your Reach Home Safely account, you may do so in one of the following two ways:

Inside the Reach Home Safely app:
- Click on the "More" icon in the lower-right corner of the app's main dashboard page
- Once you reach the "More" page, click on "Settings"
- Once you reach the "Settings" page, click on "Request Account Deletion"
- Confirm that you wish to delete your account by clicking "Yes"

Via email:
- Send an email to
GDOTPrivacy@dot.ga.gov
- In either the subject line or email body, indicate that you would like your Reach Home Safely account deleted
- Our customer service team will process your request and reach out if there are any questions
This account deletion process includes the deletion of user-specific and identifiable information including email address, mobile number, user ID, geographic data, and other demographic information.
Georgia DOT will take all reasonable steps to verify your account and process your request in accordance with applicable law. Verified requests may take several business days.
