Responsibilities
Georgia is leveraging the most innovative strategies to enhance transportation and improve quality of life across the state. Georgia’s transportation network faces increasing demands coupled with higher service expectations. Additionally, funds and resources to meet those demands are limited. Georgia DOT is addressing these challenges head-on with innovative solutions.

The Office of Innovative Delivery (OID) focuses on effective and accelerated delivery of various transportation projects and programs, designed to have positive impacts on improving mobility for motorists and freight. In addition, these projects make a positive contribution to growing the economy in Georgia and the Atlanta region.​
